Typical Dishes/Platos Tipicos

* Carne asada (Roast meat). this is usually ox meat and is served in the brazilian style as '' churrasco al espadachin '' (chop on a sword).

*Fish as dorado , suribi, pacú and sábalo are grilled or backed.

*Locro norteño (made with meat, maize , pimkin and cassava)

* ''Mbeyú'' (fried cake with tapioca)

* ''Chipa''

*Paraguayan soup.
